HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 5-7 working days of shipping. We will contact you when your order is shipped. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact us with your details. A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Mono Moto holds good stock to insulate this from happening. However, if the Australian Importer is also out of stock you will be given three options to choose from.
Firstly, a full refund.
Secondly, you may wish to choose another brand / product.
Thirdly, we can provide you with an approximate ETA of your order being completed, for which you may wish to wait for, and we will provide you with updates along the way.
WHAT IS MONO MOTO’s RETURNS POLICY?
IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange or refund provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unused and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to brake lines or anything that was custom built to your requirements. Sale items will only be exchanged for another item or part thereof, or refunded provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition with the original packaging (if it was packaged) and with our original receipt.
Our customers’ right to a refund of purchase price
Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Mono Moto if the item is:
(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
(b) not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;
And you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Mono Moto with proof of purchase or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.
Mono Moto reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
Mono Moto’s ‘Change of Mind’ Policy
Mono Moto is not legally obligated to give refunds off the purchase price or gift cards on items or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

For online customers, the Returns Policy also applies; however please note the following terms and conditions:
If, for any reason, what you’ve purchased is not suitable we are happy to offer you a refund (or exchange in store only)
We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.
